1. JOB PURPOSE

Manage the Merchant Acquiring business for the given territory. Job involves both managing POS Volumes from existing merchants (and deepening of relationship) as well as acquire New to Bank Merchant Relationships.

EXPECTED END RESULTS
MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Managing productivity of the Off-roles sales team
Acquiring new merchant relationships for the Bank.
Responsible for managing and growing the profitability of the portfolio along with POS Volumes.
Ensuring retention of the Merchants with the bank and growing business on the Merchant counters.
Launching all new initiatives of the Bank
Selling of allied Cross-sell products viz., MPOS / GPRS / DCC / EMI / PayZapp for Business, etc
Cross-selling of Assets and Liabilities to the Merchant base.

1.Revenue Will carry targets on Spends and volume of business
2. Budget Approx 55 New Installations per month and Approx 10% growth over previous month on POS Volumes
3. No of sub-ordinates (direct / indirect / Off roll ) 10 Off-rolls
4. Geographical span ( National / Regional / State / City ) City / State depending on the geography

The position holds working relationships within the company.

The person needs to have good interpersonal skills since this roles requires the person to interact closely with all internal functions such as sales teams and various other functions, external vendors, franchisees. The person needs to be good in relationship building skills and in deepening of relationships.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA is preferable.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Candidates who have been into Sales for 2-3 years.
With good Communication, analytical skills
